PTL has taken delivery of the latest equipment in automated image analysis – the NEW Malvern Morphologi G3S Particle Characterization System.  This instrumentation allows for the measurement of suspensions, emulsions, and even dry powders using a built-in dry dispersion system for ease of sample preparation and repeatable results. 

Measurements are made on the basis of Circle Equivalent Diameter, Length, Width, Perimeter, Area, Aspect Ratio, Circularity, Convexivity, Elongation, and Intensity.  The associated software is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, and provides a variety of reporting options.
